About Major Projects

Major Projects began trading in August 1989 Major Projects began trading in August 1989 and were incorporated in May 1990. Since starting up, Major Projects traded first from Sandpiper House in Carlton, Nottingham, a Grade II listed building designed by the famous Nottingham architect, Watson Fothergill. From March 2005, Carlton Business Centre, a modern conversion of an old Victorian School. We have continued to grow through continued investment in their flagship products, Crown Software and Major Training.

Over the years, Major Projects have established a reputation for excellent customer service, which is proven by the loyalty shown to Major Projects by their Crown customers – once a customer becomes part of the user group, they very rarely move away.

Shortly after incorporation Major Projects became an authorised Digital re-seller and are consequently now HP re-sellers. In 1995, the training division of the Company was extended to include other off-the-shelf desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Lotus SmartSuite. Their trainers are highly qualified, experienced people who have a vast knowledge of their specialist subjects.

Major Projects main objective remains unchanged. It is still to provide a high quality service to their customers in all areas of IT operation.
