Suppliers may be paid automatically by Direct Debit. All required payments are scheduled and may be amended before a list of payments to be made is sent to the bank.

Invoicing due amounts
Invoice due amounts may be collected automatically from customers by Direct Debit with their consent.

Payments facility
Use the miscellaneous payments facility to pay debts which do not go through the sales ledger or the purchase ledger e.g. payroll, loan repayments.
Payments may also be made directly in the BACS software if there is no link required to Crown Software.
