We can offer a range of tailored training courses and facilities which can be provided either at our own offices or on site.

Dedicated Training Courses Dedicated training courses can be arranged for up to eight delegates. This training can be carried out either at Major Projects’ training facility, or on-site at your own premises. These courses can be tailored to incorporate the use of your company procedures and practices.

Tailor-made Training Select topics from a full list of course content to design your ideal course. This method ensures that the training your staff receives closely matches your organisation’s specific needs. This training can be given at Major Projects’ training facility or on-site at your own premises. The training could take the form of full one-day courses or two different half-day courses.

One to One Training We can design a customised one to one training programme specifically to meet an individuals requirements. This may be delivered either at Major Projects training facilities or the customers own offices.

Executive Training Our Executive training package is aimed directly at the senior management level. Providing a confidential training package, either at Major Projects facilities in Carlton, Nottingham, or on the customer premises. Ideally suited for those executives that have specific needs, or have an IT phobia.

Training Needs Analysis This service is especially useful when a company has a mixed level of training needs, or do not have the time to assess what level of training is required. We have found that Training Needs Analysis proves to be most useful when there are more than four employees who require training.
